Welcome to the official SINCURE website and member center. These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of cross-border medical travel consultation, concierge accompaniment, itinerary planning, and member management services provided by SINCURE (Chongqing) Health Management Co., Ltd. Please read these terms carefully before registering or submitting an inquiry.
1. Medical Disclaimer and Service Positioning
SINCURE is a professional cross-border health management and medical access coordination provider, not a medical institution. We do not provide clinical diagnosis, surgery, or medication treatment.
- Medical decisions: all medical services, hospital networks, and treatment plans shown on the website are demonstrations and recommendations; final medical decisions must be made by attending specialists at partner hospitals.
- Service scope: we provide non-clinical services including record translation, specialist appointment coordination, video consultation support, visa and itinerary planning, medical translation accompaniment, and remote recovery follow-up.
2. Member Accounts and Security
When registering and using the SINCURE member center, you must provide true, accurate, and complete personal and medical information and are responsible for safeguarding your account and password.
3. Service Boundary and Non-Medical Provider Statement
SINCURE provides cross-border medical consultation coordination, medical record translation, expert and institution matching, appointment assistance, visa and itinerary support, medical interpretation accompaniment, accommodation and transportation coordination, and recovery follow-up reminders. We do not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment, surgery, emergency care, licensed telemedicine, or insurance claim decisions, and we do not replace doctors, hospitals, insurers, or regulators.
4. Deposit, Payment, and Cancellation Policy
To secure partner hospital specialist slots, premium hotels, and private drivers, the following financial terms apply:
- Deposit: after confirming a customized itinerary, a 30%-50% deposit is required; the balance is payable after arrival in China and before treatment begins.
- Cancellation and refund policy:
• Cancellation 14 or more days in advance: incurred third-party hard costs are deducted and the remaining deposit is fully refunded.
• Cancellation 7-14 days in advance: 30% of the deposit is deducted for hotel and vehicle cancellation costs, and the rest is refunded.
• Cancellation within 7 days: the deposit is non-refundable, but rescheduling may be requested within 6 months.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content belongs to SINCURE or its partners and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. No content may be copied, distributed, transmitted, or used commercially without written permission.
6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court where SINCURE (Chongqing) Health Management Co., Ltd. is headquartered.
7. Overseas Laws and Entry Restrictions
Different countries and regions may impose restrictions on cross-border medical care, remote consultation, medical advertising, health data, foreign exchange payments, insurance reimbursement, medication carriage, and visas. You are responsible for confirming applicable legal, visa, insurance, and tax requirements. SINCURE may provide general information and document assistance, but this is not legal, tax, insurance, or immigration advice.
