- Legal compliance: disclosure occurs only when required by law or in emergencies necessary to protect life and health.
4. Data Security
We use internationally aligned physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards, including SSL/TLS transmission encryption, AES encryption at rest, and multi-factor authentication, to prevent accidental loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or leakage of health records.

Because users may be located outside China, submitted information may be transferred among your country or region, mainland China, and partner medical institutions. Where necessary, we conduct cross-border processing with authorization and apply minimum-necessary handling, encryption, access control, and safeguards with reference to applicable privacy requirements, including GDPR, HIPAA principles, local privacy laws, and China's personal information protection rules. Data protection standards may differ by jurisdiction; submitting information means you understand and authorize processing necessary for consultation, translation, appointment, travel coordination, and related services.

SINCURE is not a medical provider, insurer, or emergency service in your country or region. We do not collect unrelated sensitive data and do not disclose health information to unrelated overseas marketing parties without authorization. Users in the EU, UK, US, Middle East, or other regions may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information where applicable law provides such rights.
